*****UPDATE!**** UPDATE!******5 STARS!!! 5 STARS!!!Purchased this on Feb 23, '20. Arrived on Feb 24, '20.5 months later, after I gave it only 2 stars. We found this in our guest room, July 15, 2020.When I picked it up, it felt and looked 'completely different'. Length, weight, thicker, wider. I said why not, I'll try it again for one night. Which I did. 2nd night, my husband tried the pillow, again. We both agreed. Different. My first review, I did give it 2 stars. For not having a chemical smell. Then for not expanding in a time frame given. Today- today. I realized, I'm still using this cervical pillow. It's my NEWEST-BESTEST cervical pillow of the year! I shouldn't have given it a standard time frame for expansion. Took 5 months, for me to try using it again. Only because I found it, I had forgotten all about it. After saying it wasn't for me. I didn't throw it away, give it away or return it. I just put it in the guest room. We came across it after we started deep cleaning, because of the coronavirus not much else to do... What I'm saying it. Take a lot more time waiting for it to expand. It was no accident that I didn't throw it away. No. It was a secret, waiting to show its true self. I love it. Now I wish it would come back. I would buy soooo many more. Give them out to Family, friends as gifts.Add a Title: Give it a lengthier time to expand. You won't regret it.Feb 24, 2020.It's thin, there is nothing firm about it. Its thin, its not even medium firm. As standard or queen size pillow, nope. I measured it. Not even close to standard size. The place to put your arms if you sleep on your back... to narrow. There was no smell to it. Which is why I gave it two stars. The way I recieved it, it was folded inside a box. Was not in a prepackaged plastic of any kind. I didn't see any bugs. I wouldn't recommend it to my family or friends. I won't be buying another. If you want to take your chance, maybe it will work for you. This wasn't for me.

I love this pillow. Just fits me back sleeping or side sleeping. The contour of this pillow is perfect for neck, back alignment. I have purchased many pillows from drs, etc. & this one is the best by far.

Helped with my neck pain.

I got this pillow after I realized that I had a constant pinch in my neck after waking up after a few mornings and knew it might become a permanent thing if I didn't look for a better pillow. I'm only 42, I don't want a bad back, but constantly propping up my pillows when I watch TV before going to sleep started causing me to use my right arm to hold my head up for more balance. After a week, I could barely feel my fingers when I woke up and my arm felt pulled or strained. I found this pillow after A LOT of debating about expense or size or shape (cuz I just wanted support, not, like a new pillow regime). It's half the size of a normal pillow, shapes really well to your head and neck and back. It wasn't very expensive (yay!). And I use it when I know I may need to sit at the laptop or lay on the couch as a support. It works! I'm very happy with it. But I may need new pillows after all, for more permanent head and body lift. So, yes. I highly recommend it! Thanks!Oh, and it is firm, but comfortable as a side or back sleeper and as for cleaning, I hadn't tried that yet. 🤔

Gifted this to my mom and she’s had this for a week now. I thought of sharing her progress after using this neck pillow. She’s been complaining of chronic neck pain for a few months now and never thought of investing in a specialized pillow. I would like to share how this provided her with significant nights of comfortable sleep. Although the pain is still there but this pillow helps alleviate it while sleeping. Just the right density for her, nice and soft. She also uses this pillow to prop her back up which gives her back comfort and support while sitting down. She just complained about the “new pillow smell” which went away after tossing it in the dryer with bounce sheet for a few minutes.

I had been waking up with neck pain with my 2 other pillows, bought another one (not this brand), returned it and decided to take a chance on this one. The hollow for your head seemed at first but works great. No more neck pain. The only thing I would change is make it a little longer. Very happy with this!

The memory foam is extremely hard. Like sleeping on a rock. Sometimes my ear is killing me from sleeping on my side and the no give in the pillow. It does have a good place for your shoulder, so I have less shoulder pain. I am looking for another pillow as my neck pain is worse with it.

Supposed to have a cooling gel pad side to and it does not have it! I bought this pillow because I needed to be cool during warm weather ! I have a pillow like this already without cooling pad so I guess I’ll be returning as I don’t need another ! It’s probably a good pillow but I was looking for the cooling feature so that’s why I’m only giving it 2 stars!

I bought this pillow because of all the great reviews.I was having such annoying pain in my neck so decided it was time to upgrade my pillow.I'm a back and side sleeper. This Pillow is very comfortable for when you want to sleep on your back. It has the right amount of curve to support your neck. HOWEVER, when you sleep on your side there's just not enough support to keep your head levelled. For side sleepers the width of your pillow should keep your ear to shoulder levelled and this pillow isn't even remotely close, plus it's soft so it will shrink throughout the night.If you only sleep on your back then yes buy this pillow, but if you are a side and back sleeper i would avoid buying this pillow.

I would much rather get relief from a pillow than keep taking pain-killers for a stiff neck & shoulder. I now have nights of very good sleep on this pillow and the "kink" in my neck is almost gone. Turns out that the side-sleeper position works best for me. The notch in the pillow cradles my neck correctly and the cutouts for placing your hands discourages my habit of bunching up a pillow and pushing my hands underneath my head. I think this pillow is actually quite well-designed!

This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I have neck and shoulder issues and since using the pillow I'm finding I get a better night's sleep. The pillow cradles your neck while offering excellent support for your head. It feels like your head fits in to a slot and you know when you are not centered on the pillow. Don't believe this pillow will work for people who sleep on their stomachs. I sleep on my back and sides and works great for both positions.

I have a lot of neck problems. I’ve tried many water pillows and many other types of pillows. This is by far the best pillow it helps align my spine and my neck. I no longer have to waste 50 bucks a week to go to the chiropractor since I bought this pillow. I can finally sleep at night. It’s very soft and easy to wash.

It is a soft and large memory foam pillow that give comfortable support to my neck and arm especially for side sleeping. It can be folded and kept in the bag again for storage, which is good for me to store it while away from home. Have been using it for a week and I really like it and my cat likes laying on top of it as well!
