I follow Brown Bohemians on IG for inspiration so when they book was announced, I had to get one for my best friend and a copy for myself. Gorgeous collection of photos of radiant individuals with unique styles and stories of their own. Brown Bohemians is not just an IG page but a community and they celebrate their community in the most beautifully honorable way with this book.

I LOVE IT!! I can’t put it down - The rawness, honesty, transparency and vulnerability of the shared stories and personal experiences. The unapologetic Black and Brown images and so much more! Every single chapter and the turn of every page is relatable in ways we exist, choose to show up and take up space, and how we navigate and journey freely within the comfort of our own skin, rooted in our self-expression in ALL our ways. Thank you for this body of art, thank you for such shared stories, thank you for this masterpiece that will forever be a timeless piece.

This coffee table book is carefully crafted with striking imagery and beautifully bold voices. It is sooooooo needed. And I’m not speaking of showcasing brown individuality to groups that hardly know anything about the culture.This kind of imagery is needed within the brown community to illustrate the acceptance and beauty in being unapologetically unique and authentic. It is a true celebration on brown creativity which is often imitated but hardly uplifted as the culture to aspire to. This book gives people something to celebrate and others who are still finding themselves something to be inspired by. Super grateful for not just the existence of this book but also the execution of it.

First, I'd give this book 10 stars if ai could. I'm a coffee table book fanatic and this book did not disappoint. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, with the most amazing pictures, the stories of the real people were the best part. I've purchased four copies to give as gifts. This book is mesmerizing, I couldn't put it down. It's got everything: Beauty, heart, real issues, it covers everything!! I'm following all the subjects on Instagram now because THEY. ARE. AMAZING!!! Kudos to the lovely ladies that curated this book, I've been waiting for a book like this for far too long.

This is the ultimate coffee table book! This book shows the culture from the inside out. It gives beautiful glimpses into this lifestyle. Super informative for those on the outside, who truly want to know and to understand.Well constructed is an understatement.When this book arrived, I immediately began skimming through it and I got the chills. This is a beautiful collection that I am so honored to have in my home. Very excited when I finally received it and each day that I read through I am blown away by how it has been presented and put together. You can feel how much love went into the creation and birth of this collection and I feel very blessed that I am able to own a copy of my own.
