iLid MK-1 World's Thinnest iPhone 4 and 4s Wallet Case Cover- Black

Once I ordered the iLid case, I began reading the reviews. It seemed that the common complaint was the weak door hinge. I was worried. When I received the case I immediately checked the hinge and found that, while not the best design, it would work for a longer period of time if treated carefully. After about a week of use, it still closes perfectly and holds together well.I love the concept as well as the thin profile. I hope it lasts me a while as I will run it hard through it’s paces with two vacations during the next two months.As for my complaints, worries and design issues:1) I would have liked slightly more room in the storage area. I don’t need a key compartment but carry three credit cards, a Driver’s License and some cash. Now the cash is in my pocket.2) Yes, I’m worried about that hinge! I know it will fail eventually. A better system should be implemented.3) I hope the company will eventually build a belt clip for this case to fit into.That would make the case more universally usable.Overall, I love the case and hope it lasts.

There's no option to contact the seller to let them know about their product they shipped out.Also, both cases snapped in the first use for my brother and I. Quality was really cheap and there was not much room for anything as suggested in the description.If i could give less than one star i would for this product. Sorry to the seller but for what I just paid for these two I could not be unhappier and more irritated about in regards to what just happened.The only thing that would be given bonus points about, would be the fact they arrived on time as listed in the shipping information.I suggest they have a contact seller option instead of the review being put up prior to them getting feedback like so.

I've been using this case for about a month now and overall I'm happy with it. Inside I have 1 credit card, some cash and a couple of business cards. I have put a key inside, at the top, but don't keep it in there cause it moves around and makes noise at it hits the sides of the case. The container lid feels sturdy enough and opens and closes well.Pros:Fairly thin and convenient to carry a credit card, license and cash.Cons:The key moves around and makes too much noise for my taste. The case doesn't feel like it covers the phone enough to protect it as well as I'd like. The side from the volume control buttons all the way around to the on/off button is totally exposed.

This item works halfway fine as a "wallet" or a "case," but is not so much a "cover." I mean the thing only covers three corners of the phone, leaving one corner completely unguarded when gravity is trying to assault your precious phone with a ground attack. This item is pretty freaking cool, but it could use a little beefing up on its hardware so that the case's lid does not explode off when you gently toss your phone on to your bed.

Nice case- good material feel, good space for cards. Not the smallest iphone card case (see Case-logic for that.)The first time I dropped it, it broke - the hinges are flimsy and small. Nice case if you never drop your phone!

Great case. Doesn't hold much but not meant to. Love that I can carry money two cards and a key. Best part you can use as a stand as well.

I bought same exact product years ago for my iPhone 4 from iLid website and cell fit in the case snug and did not move. This item I bought - the dimensions were off and phone slips and fall out all the time. I thought possibly this specific case was defective and wanted them to send me another one... They just offered a return/refund option so perhaps this has been brought to their attention before and quality is just poor. Will not buy again.
