This bag is very comfortable to use. Only drawback is that sometimes, the clubs are a little difficult to get in all the way. Still an awesome bag nonetheless!

Back pad needs improvement. Scorecard falls out
Bought the 2021 issue of the 5-way model of this bag. Has all I wanted in my first walking bag (I've been away from gold 20 years!). Trouble is, wearing it has one of the structural rods inside the bag cutting into your lumbar while at the same time, the main strap also hits your lower back.The shoulder straps just can't be adjusted enough to bring the bag high enough to remove the problems.If Maxfli (owned by Dick's Sporting Goods) would redesign the lumbar pad say, make it thicker near the legs, or, like more premium bags (PING HOOFER) put a zippered pocket under the lumbar pad to store the rain cover, they would have this solved while leaving the garment pocket completely available for clothing.I like to carry a little booklet to mark my shot results. It almost fit completely in the "Scorecard" slot, but fell out the first time I lowered the bag from my shoulders. Oh-Oh! Losing that book can't be. Some sort of flap or bunge closure would help
