VMSTR Handheld Food Vacuum Sealer for FoodSaver Vacuum Seal Quick Marinator,Wide-Mouth Jar Sealer，Bottle Stoppers，Vacuum Zipper Bags and Vacuum Storage Bags.

I bought this to replace my FoodSaver handheld vacuum pump, as FoodSaver doesn't make it anymore. I specifically use this on FoodSaver accessories to vacuum seal jars, wine bottles, and containers that work via the FoodSaver accessory port. I need a handheld device, as I do not have the space to store my large FoodSaver on my countertop for use on a daily basis. The description says that it will work on these accessories, and it *does* seem to pull a small amount of air out. However, it takes FOREVER to fully vacuum seal a bottle or container, and it doesn't seem to work at all with the FoodSaver deli containers or the accessory to vacuum seal standard and wide mouth canning jars. There is also no audio or visual cue to indicate that the sealing is complete. You just kinda have to guess whether all of the air is pulled out. This unit also came with large bags to vacuum seal clothes, etc. - and it might very well work with them (haven't tried it). However, that is not why I purchased it. Given that it does not work with FoodSaver accessories, I plan to return it.Update: I just received the FoodSaver handheld (apparently their latest handheld *does* work with all of their older accessories, as well as the new ones and bags). I did a test with 3 English muffins in a quart sized zippered vacuum bag. This unit took nearly 40 seconds to suck the air out, while the FoodSaver handheld did it in about 1/4 of the time. Hands down, FoodSaver wins - in addition it is cheaper than this unit, and it’s cordless!

I used this product to dry can beans, rice and to seal bags for numerous meat and fully cooked meals.

I’m not getting paid for this review. I went on a trip with these and I won’t lie 2 of the 4 bags popped and yet this was worth EVERY PENNY. These bags shrunk my sweatshirts what looked to my eye as 3/4 of the original size which saved so much space for organization in my travel bag. The usb - c vacuum works extremely well on the smaller bags but will take 2-4 mins on a larger one. My mates couldn’t believe how I packed the same items as them in a much smaller bag get it now!

Hose did not fit the Food Saver canisters. Had to cut hose on the one that came with the vacuum and cut the Food Saver hose and then skip one into the other Otherwise it worked ok.

I purchased this for my van when I am camping for extended period of time. I have a 12v fridge that has limited space and this item helps me keeping food fresh longer. The included bags are a great size to store my clothing out of the way while saving space. The sealer has to be connected to the power source to work but the small size makes up for the slight inconvenience.

Hello, I got a freezer finally I am able to store some left overs and those meals for those times you just do not want to cook. I decided to get the right things needed for this to work. So I got this machine, and had to return it. Problem was suction. I figured maybe it was a fluke thing and allowed them to send a replacement. I used it 6 times that is it and it decided it did not want to work. And you would guess right if you guessed suction was the problem. I was disappointed that it did not work but maybe I will be able to find the right machine that can.

I already have the large food saver for sealing bags but because I have limited counter space, pulling out the food saver every time is a hassle. This is mainly for the sandwich bags that you can seal. I have already tested this on storing cheese and lunch meat and it was quick and easy. One concern it will not stop vacuuming out the air unless you turn it off but not really a big issue. What I purchased came with vacuum clothing storage bags and I can’t wait to try. Spring is just around the corner and I do not have enough storage space so this will be interesting to see how this works. Would I recommend this to my friends? Yes! Also I have to admit the delivery of this product was quick, it was delivered to my porch within one and a half days and the purchase price was awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product because I often use vacuum bags and pickling canister.Since the handheld pump of my foodsaver is always out of power, I tried this new one.The compatibility of this product is very good, not only can be used with foodsaver accessories, but also with other brands.Notice: it needs a usb cable to work, at least when I need to use it the battery can not out of power In addition, its vacuum is stronger and speed are very fast, please be careful not to over-vacuum and cause the jar to rupture.very satisfied
