Great for neck adjustment

It's painful & hard. Gotta have a LONG neck to use. It also gouges into shoulders. Better off using a neck pillow, rolled up small towel or even a friggin rolling pin. Lol

It’s really hard and I gave it some time and it didn’t soften up. For someone with neck problems and back issues it was way too hard.

I have been using this for about 20 minutes before I get out of bed each morning, for around a month.Since doing this I have not been experiencing the usual tightness in my neck or the headaches throughout the day.

Cool product to stretch your neck. I’ve bought different things but this really is comfortable, no complications and easy to put away.
