I have two daughters - a dancer and a gymnast. The gymnast is extremely flexible and stretches all the time. The dancer isn't nearly as flexible and is constantly getting lectured from her instructors about her lack of flexibility. I thought this would be perfect for my little ballerina, as it would give her goals, the ability to set challenges for herself and that it would be much more fun than stretching on her own! The second I gave it to her, she tore into the box and she hasn't stopped using it since. It's a very high-quality product and offers the ability to perform multiple stretches to increase flexibility, both standing and on the floor. I was worried that it might be too long for my daughter, but it's not - it's perfect. Now, she sits in front of the TV using this band to practice and her instructors have already commented on her improved flexibility. But, you want to know what's really funny? I received this product free of charge in exchange for an honest review - and I immediately had to turn around and buy another one for the flexible girl, it looked like so much fun that she wanted her own! Now I have two girls sitting around stretching constantly. :) It's a GREAT product that I highly recommend.

I haven't danced in several years so I was looking for something to help me gain some of the flexibility I used to have. I've used other bands in the past but this one seems more durable and I like that it's one long loop. I didn't see any instruction booklet included when I got it, but upon inspection of the small card included it says you have to register your band to get the warranty plus the stretching guide. This product is absolutely fantastic! I purchased it for my teenager son, who loves to dance and perform. He has not stopped thanking me since (son: "Dad, you're the greatest dad in the universe for buying this product for me!" Me: "I'd deny it if I could."). He raves about how this product helps him improve his splits (regular and center) every time he uses it. This product has also helped improve his scorpion (not sure how it fits the scorpion's pinchers, but...). This product is a must buy for dancers, gymnasts, or anyone who is looking to become more flexible.

Used the band as soon as I received in the mail..... Of course I tried to expand my split and the band works great! Such a simple idea to incorporate in my yoga practice. The band is small and simple period. I was afraid the band would not be long enough for me. I'm 6'1 and the band is a nice length. This morning I even tightened the band more by looping it around my foot a couple of times. I hope to use the band in a number of poses and stretches. Wish I'd discovered it sooner..... I will update as I use the band more....

My 13 year old daughter has danced since she was 3. She had a flat center straddle until she went through a 4" growth spurt in just a few months. Her teacher suggested getting a band. This band is high quality and the size is perfect. She is confident that it will help her get her flexibility back.

This product looks like it is well made. It looks like it will be a good learning tool for my dancers. I like to try products out before I recommend them to my students. I think the novelty of it will attract some of the I don't like to stretch dancers and help them to achieve their goals. I have only started using it so can't report any improvement yet.

I requested two day shipping and received this product one day early, which I really appreciate. Great job on the customer service! :-) I have used it once thus far, as it just arrived today. I like the length and width. I also like that it is a continuous loop, rather than only having loops at the end. This makes adjusting the resistance very easy. I am a dancer and a gymnast, so I already am very flexible and stretch regularly; yet, with this product, I was able to explore more ranges of motion with more degrees of flexibility. I gave four stars rather than five because I have just received it and used it once, so I cannot comment on its long-term performance and durability. However, it is very thick and strong, and I appreciate the one-year warranty available when the purchaser registers the product.

My daughter opened this and used it immediately! It’s perfect for what she needs. She had other bands that didn’t do the trick. She was able to do all her ballet stretches with this band! Next we’ll be getting the thing for the door because I didn’t realize that there was a bundle option!
