I got a size large I’m 5’2 and 180 lbs I was a little scared at first it was a little challenging to get on the first time but it’s much easier if you start from the bottom and work your way up and when taking off start from the top. I’ve got it down now lol The pictures are from my first try on. I have used 3 days this week and it’s holding up well I get a good sweat and it doesn’t roll on me like others it feels secure if I could give any advise to makers would be a little longer Velcro on the straps

Omg. This is probably the best waist trainer I have had. I feel very secure. It does not roll up while working out I love the extra added support. I just had a baby and trying to get that snap back, so this is perfect. The price is even better 😁

I was excited to receive this item but omce i tried it on, i was able to put it on the last hook, i bought a size medium cause usually when i buy waist trainers I'm buying medium, i didn't realize my abdomen area got smaller so now i need to get a size small but I'm making it work tho, i just use the straps to make it tighter.

The price point is good but the 2 metal bonings in the front poke me and 1 in the back has slipped. I wonder if the trainer will still be effective without them because I need to pull them out.
