Looks like real carbon fiber
I ordered this from this company to see how fake the carbon fiber looked. I plan to buy other trim pieces from them now that I know it looks real.

Fits, was easy, looks good.
Definitely fits 2017 wrangler, and quite easy too. Literally took the red plastic off of the adhesive and put it on. Looks pretty cool and the gift recipient is a happy camper.
