Woody & perfect.
I've been trying to find a good Cedar oil ever since being given a miniature, freshly sawn cedar log by my Mother-in-law & falling in love with the smell. I hadn't realised how many varieties there were or how differently they all smelled. (I thought the Cedrus Atlantica smelled bright & chemical, not woody at all). So delighted to find the smell I love is TEXAS Cedar, which smells properly woody: resinous & deep. I don't know if all Texas oils smell the same, but this Aura Cacia one transports me to a warm forest glade, ogling a handsome lumberjack at work, while sharpening my favourite pencils. Perfect.

Smells nice, fades overnight
I purchased this to refresh the cedar pieces I hang in my closet. The scent started out strong, but had pretty much disappeared by the next morning.
