me gusta mucho las mentes que piensan la pastelería de forma diferente, que son osadas en las mezclas que hacen, en los productos que crean y que luego tienen la capacidad de compartir.Este es un libro con algunas técnicas avanzadas, pero si te gusta pensar fuera de la caja, tienes paciencia para trabajar en la misma receta durante 3 días, si quieres hacer diferente, este es un must have! ¡Me encanta! ¡Me encanta! y me encanta!

Tried out the cronut recipe so far and it worked really well - see pics. The measuring were accurate and the instruction given were clear. Would continue try the other recipes out!Overall absolutely love this book. Not just for the beautiful pictures but particularly for the lengthy story behind each of the creations he included in the book. I have rarely seen a cook book with so much back story behind each of the recipe - this gives them meaning and make you appreciate the thought and creativity that went into them. I know some people didn't like the book for this reason, but for me it is perfect and I have every intention of trying out all the recipes.P.s. the book lists out ingedients in both cup and gram metrics so don't worry about conversion.

Tried 1/3 of recipes out and absolutely work out perfectly!There aren’t many of recipe inside but every recipes in the book were all described in detail and so easy to follow even for home baker.There are also advanced recipe for pro-baker but also precisely described so it wouldn’t be hard to beginner!And the true stories behind every recipe was such an inspiration!

A great read, beautiful photography and of course -cronuts!
