Great replacement radio - Android Auto & Car Play
This was at a closeout price on woot.com - awesome for sub-$100 price and meets all expectations. It actually sounds a little better (clearer) than the OEM radio it replaced. Car Play and Android Auto was main goal - I'm fine that it only works with the USB because my Sony AX-5500 in the other vehicle started out with wireless Car Play and then went USB only after an update. I like that I can still have the radio audio playing while using Waze, Google Maps, etc. It's also easy to navigate between Spotify, TuneIn Radio, etc when I'm listening to my streaming lineup. I went with DIY install, bought a Metra kit for clean look along with a PAC Interface Harness to keep my automobile settings. There were a few wiring tips I had to search Google and YouTube to get. Bonus result was that the existing OEM camera looks way better (and larger) on this new radio. So... if you'll only be happy with what the $500-$1200 radio specs offer, then go buy that. However, if you've got a regular OEM radio without any navigation or smartphone integration, then this might be the small upgrade you're looking for. I'd give it 5-stars if the user manual had more information.

Amazing deal for Apple Car Play Compatible, AV capable head unit
While I understand this isn't the Nakamichi of old, this is quite the bargain, which is what I wanted. I got a good installer to install this after market with a backup camera and to have the steering wheel controls and it's just what I needed. The shop wanted to sell me something at 5-10x the price of this and all I really wanted was a capable interface and amp for the Apple Car Play, backup camera, so I could use the Sirius XM functions, navigation, text messaging, and tidal and roon streaming. It does all that and for a price that is a little more than the 2 rounds of drinks I had yesterday. Not understanding all of the hate and what people expect for $100! The installation (since it was custom in an old 350Z) was many, many times more expensive than what I paid for this. In fact, the mounting equipment might have cost as much. High quality, low price.

I mean, it works
Working product seemed decent at first but it's really missing a lot of settings that most units have. Also one important reason why I ordered this unit was subwoofer preout of 3v, after installing and testing it only outputs 1.5v this is TRASH!
