I have used this product for three years. I take it every day. It works well. I have a surgery three years ago. the surgery cut part of my rectum and bowl off. The side effects cause my digestive was not good. But this product helps and getting much better. I need it.

After trying several probiotics with little success I finally found this brand. It works extremely well and I feel much better taking it with a low FODMAP diet. I would recommend trying them.
