Alpha GPC 120 Capsules No Fillers No Soy

Great product. I started using it for memory and focus back in 2019. I liked it because this is a version of something with which I was familiar, but it penetrates the blood brain barrier. My memory and focus at work immediately improved even taking one capsule. It is a tiny capsule with minimal filler, which is another great positive. I use it daily and take it first thing in the morning.I'm writing this review because the company stopped making the product. I came back to reorder and there is no more. So now I'm trying to figure out which brand to order. The capsules are bigger, full of more filler. I have to wonder if that will affect absorption.Update: today I actually spoke with the head of the company. I was miserable with the 2 other brands I bought. They were not working the way this product had. According to the official, the decision to stop making this product was completely economic. He simply was not making enough sales.Update: I have finally found a replacement that works just as well. The brand is called Pure and it is sold here on Amazon. Slightly higher dosage (350 mg vs 300 mg) and a good price. You can see my review with that product.

No one is paying or rewarding me for writing this review. I try to make my reviews honest at all times, without exaggeration. I bought this supplement because I heard Choline is very beneficial for non-alcoholic fatty liver, metabolism, and mood. I really didn't expect much and had never heard of this brand. But this brand doesn't contain soy, so I bought it. After over a month, taking it twice a day, I am surprisingly impressed. I'm feeling so much better overall. My energy levels are way up. I'm doing 5.5 miles running on the treadmill 4 days a week, and I'm sleeping every night. I would highly recommend this supplement. My husband is also taking it, and he is noticing higher energy levels too. Thank you, Relentless Improvement, for making a great product.

The screenshot posted by the company on Amazon doesn't say that their product is only 50% pure. The screenshot that they post says that its 100% pure Alpha GPC. Immediately after I took a couple of capsules I turn the bottle around and read the label very carefully. Lo and behold it's only 50% purity! This means that for two capsules that you take you're not getting 600 mg of pure Alpha GPC, but rather, you're only getting 300 mg. If you are looking for pure Alpha GPC at 100% purity look elsewhere... Very disappointed!

Could not tell if it was working but I did not stay consistent. But I did the research and it is suppose to be an excellent product.

For anyone that feels their memory or ability to process is decreasing, this is a good product. CDP Choline is better for brain trauma but this is a close second and cheaper. This particular product is the cheapest and the least amount of pills you have to take a day to reach a good dose (2 a day for me). I pair this with Onnit Alpha Brain and see a HUGE increase in performance, memory, and ability to recover from daily demands, as well as lasting longer where my brain has to stay engaged. I will be getting some Oxiracetam and Lion’s Mane Mushroom soon to stack this with. Get this formulation and stack it. You won’t be sorry.

I've bought this brand of Alpha-GPC before but never got the urge to test its claim of being stabilized against heat and moisture. Being stabilized also renders it more bioavailable, which is of course a good thing. So tonight I emptied a cap onto a paper plate and placed the paper plate directly on top of a portable oil heater, the type that looks like the old fashioned steam heater/radiators many people still have in their older homes. Once the heater got really hot (several hundred degrees easy) I placed the paper plate with the little mound of Alpha-GPC powder on it and covered it with another paper plate (upside down on top of the first one). After 45 minutes I removed the top paper plate and took a look. The GPC had not altered in shape or consistency and remained the little pile of fine powder. Which is exactly what stabilized alpha-GPC is supposed to look like under very hot conditions and exposed to air. This GPC passes the test 100% and I therefore obviously recommend it for passing this test, plus the fact that I've used it for some time now and I can tell my short and long term memory are both functioning quickly and smoothly and without any effort. Add the fact that there are no excipients or fillers and there are a whopping 120 caps per bottle and I don't know of a better deal on the market. (There is another brand that has 120 caps per bottle and is cheaper, but I gave it the same heat test as this one and it failed miserably. Their "stabiliized" GPC obviously wasn't so I dropped that brand like a hot potato.)

Maybe too pure and too strong and great value for your money?, it gave me anxiety, and my brain speed up to the point of having difficulty to work and "think". Not for me. I'll stick to free range pastured chicken eggs for my choline.

I could feel this cross the blood-brain barrier within 30 minutes of taking 1 capsule. This stuff is potent. This is my first time trying Alpha-GPC; I've tried 250 mg Citicoline and CDP Choline previously. This Alpha-GPC was similar to what I felt the first time I ever took Citicoline. Amazing, the feeling gradually gets better and better. Nice motivated and "bright" feeling is the best way I can describe it.*Update* I've been taking this about 3 weeks now, and I definitely still feel the product is very effective. I know everyone's body chemistry is different, but I would say to those few people that said they didn't notice anything: make sure you are getting enough sleep. Its been my experience that if you are stressed-out or sleep deprived you won't be able to notice the benefits of the product.
