Taylor Seville Magic Pin Flat Head 0.5mm 50pc

I like the fact that these Magic pins are heat resistant, relatively flat and easy to pick up. I bought 2 sizes of the flat head Magic Pins, like the ones I recently purchased. I like them so much that I bought for some of my quilting friends. I am already a fan of the tapered round end Magic pins too. Previously, I purchased 3 different sizes of the tapered round end pins. Magic Pins are my favorite pins for quilting and general sewing. I love that they are heat resistant and will not melt when hit by a hot iron.

These are high quality pins. Worth the expense

I bought these because they were heat resistant. I had melted the heads on a few pressing with the iron. I thought they were a little longer than thy are. (I guess the larger flat head threw me off): well they shouldn’t melt anyway.

Can be used to go over very carefully sewing and embroidering.

Just okay, not very fine or super sharp, compared to other pins. The heat resistant tip is nice, but a bit bulky. I wouldn’t repurchase these.

These pins are sharp and fine. Easier to grip

Pins are sharp and thin. Using for quilting. Much better than the flower head pins I was using before.

Great pins they are very fine and flexible, I had my iron set for cotton and the pins were ok, I then turned my iron on to max and they did stick a bit to my iron, so for me I will keep to the cotton setting when using these pins.
