I have been use this product a year. It’s showing black color after over night. But, the thing I don’t know is when It turns white color like instructions said after phase 3 ?. I never seen my foot pads turn white. Is it help for Toxic release ? ( be honestly, this is I don’t know).

I’ve been using Anlome Foot Pads for 1 week. I’ve applied them each night before bed having them on my feet with a sock over them for a good 7 hours. This past week I’ve never slept so soundly. The adhesive is good & it stays on my foot. Overnight the magic happens. The ingredients are 100% all-natural- ginger, bamboo vinegar & wormwood. Wormwood specifically addresses various digestive problems, which I feel explains the change with my stomach. I have found a win/win here. One bag is nearly a 2 month supply & the price is well worth what I paid. I will happily continue to use these foot pads until the foot pad is completely white. I feel my overall health will continue to improve & right now my sleep couldn’t get any better. I did entail going to bed at the same time every night when I began these to truly test if they were giving me the optimal benefit. I’ve had no adverse reaction to using them, nor has my skin suffered any irritation. If you do have sensitivity to adhesive these may irritate your skin. From my personal experience I definitely recommend these foot pads.

I pit these on before going to bed and wore socks to keep them in ace. Removed 9 hours later and they were as pictured. Will continue to use!

Works ok when used overnight while sleeping

They are easy to apply and so far are working like the package says they will. I will see if I can tell a difference in my health after I have used them for 1 month.

I use these almost nightly, when I do, in the am they’re black & have a jelly like glaze residue.I can’t say they’ve cured me of anything specific, but I’ll keep using them because I’m into “self care,” and I’d like to trust that they’re actually detoxing my body…if not, I’m not concerned of being “ripped off,” as they’re fairly affordable & do what the manufacturer claims….
