Damaged
Several of the brushes were dented. The plastic carrying case the brushes came in was torn and can no longer be used to store them. I have used them for painting on top of royal icing and they seem to work okay, but I am overall disappointed with the cheap quality.

Good for the value
For the value they are pretty good. Packaging may improve a bit and be sure the tips and bristles are not bended by the plastic tip protection. Few bristles fell over right away but after washing they seem now stable. Again, for the price definitively satisfied.
