Well Chris all I can say from myself these innersy maxi knickers are most comfortable. Added bonus they hold in with slight support to my tummy and tuck away my back fat folds. Yes give them ago. Can't say about sizing for you but the fit me nicely.

Q: Can they be used for urine leaks

Well they are nice and big, plus close fitting so you could certainly wear a pad underneath them. However they are not incontinence pants, just normal underwear.
