Good Size wok, seems decent quality
Wanted a round based wok to use on a gas burner, this wok is a good size decent price and seems to be of a decent quality. You need to take the time to clean off the transit coating and season it (plenty of online videos) and then it works really well, is easy to use and easy to clean. I used a propane torch to season it, still took some time, would have taken a lot longer on a ring.

Almost perfect
Being such a large wok it could do with two handles, and you'll inevitably burn your fingers at least once on the metal which joins the short wooden handle. That said it seems sturdy and very well made so no complaints about the quality.Bin the instructions on how to season it and simply visit youtube to see how to do it properly. This should take the best part of an hour depending on the volume of fire from your gas cooker. It's pointless for me to describe how to do it when you can see for yourself on the videos, but I will recommend one thing; open your windows fully in the kitchen when you do it or else you'll subject yourself to a lot of unpleasant chemical smoke.

Big
Nice and big, the rounded base is a bit problematic on our hob asa a universal stand does not work for us but as long as you hold it

Huuuuuuuuge!
If you have seasoned a wok before, and want one that is massive. Buy this wok.If you think getting a wok would be fun, distract yourself with something else because seasoning a wok this big is a nightmare. I spent two hours of effort and gas and I am not winning. Wok cuckolded me in the kitchen.Very good wok, but unless you've done this before you probably shouldn't buy it.

Didn't realise it was commercial wok
I can't rate this wok as I have returned it, I hadn't realised it was a commercial wok, the only thing I have knocked stars off the ratings was the box it came in, it was in a used prawn cracker box lol

It's vast!
Bought as a gift for Christmas, nephew did ask for a large wok but now I've seen and felt it I'm wondering if 14 inches would've been more sensible! Fortunately he's 6'4" and does weights so he should be okay.
