Star Projector Night Lights for Kids with Super Timer, Best Gifts Idea for 1-12 Year Old Girl and Boy (Brown)

I was looking for a star projector for my bedroom (adult not child's) and some of them were just insanely expensive. I settled for this one because I figured it would be cute and wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. It is very cute, and is relaxing to look at. Just note before buying that the light is not strong at all, it barely covered half my ceiling and I have a pretty small room. Also note that the battery life is super short. I just always have it plugged into the power cord because it kept dying on me. The buttons are also a little confusing, I still haven't figured out exactly which buttons to push for what colors and settings. But, with all this said for the price it's a cute little device. You get what you pay for and I don't regret buying.

I was very skeptical about these machines considering the reviews and star ratings I had seen about several of them. This had the best rating, so I decided to take a chance. I ordered this for one of my close friend's 3 year old daughter. Because I was so picky, yes I opened up the package and tested it, haha. I didn't want to give her a present that didn't meet my expectations - especially since mom wanted it just as much as her daughter. I turned it on and, yep, it was good. I have a large room and it covered it all. I was expecting a small area to show the stars, but it covered a great amount. You can change the color mixtures, you can have it rotate and to be honest, I want one myself. I am working and going to school and I need to relax when I get home at 10pm or later at night. Talk about nice to lay down in a dark room, laying in bed, have some star light on your room, while watching a good show on Netflix (or whatever you use). It was a gift that was really loved. Better than what both of them expected and I know that my little Beasty will enjoy it just about every night, if not every night.

Features: plug in, rotating, blinking, different color options, nightlight, portable, can aim at any wall or floor, visible in daytime,I bought this for my new born twins, they like looking at light, so I wanted to get something that shines the mom and stars on the ceiling. They love it, it soothes them when my hands are full with the other twin or I'm making a bottle.It's visible with one light on in the room or during sunlight. Its brighter in complete dark, but they can see it either way. I sleep with it on sometimes, and it doesn't keep me awake.I leave it plugged in to save money on batteries. So no clue about battery life.The further away from the ceiling, the more area it covers.Be careful when taking the star dome off, my kids were too rough and now it doesnt rotate anymore. So i use the blinking feature instead.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar light. I didn't have very high expectations, as the previous light wasn't that great. But I was blown away at the quality of this light. With the cover on, it functions as a normal bedside night light. The lights shine onto the cover but you can't really see the design, just colors. But when you take the cover off, it shines onto the ceiling and walls. It is bright and the colors are vivid. The shapes are crisp even shining across the room. My kids love it. You can choose from any combination of red, blue, green, and white lights, and if you want it to rotate or not. We chose to plug it in, but there is also a battery option.

I bought this as a gift for granddaughters and I haven't seen it working so can't really say what it looked like in the bedroom. If they enjoy it I will be happy. It looked exactly like the picture. I believe it was a good buy.

Great product i gave it to my 2 year old with supervision he loves seeing all the stars display in his tent and on the ceiling of our living room. I dont let him keep it by himself as he likes to throw things and im nervous he could break it. He threw it twice already and is still working so it does hold up well. My older niece and nephew6 and 7 were pretty impressed with it as well. We do not use the nighlight part but in the future when my son is needing a nighlight i think this will work well. We used batteries and not the outlet plug and seems to be running well.

The media could not be loaded.  My littlest LOVES the spinning stars!The colors are beautiful, and bright. I’m hoping it will give her something to soothe herself with in the middle of the night when she wakes up instead of coming to my bed!The motor is crazy loud! I can’t leave it spinning, or it comes through the baby monitor and keeps me up.

After reading reviews I laughed. A lot of the negative reviews says it just a night light and the images are blurry. I don't think some of the people who naught this realize its ONLY A PROJECTOR IF YOU TAKE THE TOP OFF! LOL It comes with a flower shaped cover that doesn't look like it comes off and is essentially just a blurry night light. Once you remove the plastics rose shaped hard cover it projects onto the wall really well for the price. Not sure about durability since I've had it a week.
