Well in general, it does exactly what it's meant for, it's of decent, if not amazing quality, and although the picture shows the flap to be chrome, it's actually black, which i prefer.The one downside really is that although it comes with a lock and key, you can just put your hand through the hole to grab the post, which isn't exctly secure. it's not really a problem for me as i don't have any particular concerns for someone stealing my spam post or bills, but i would be a bit concerned if i was recieving birthday cards with money in, for example

Excellent value for money. Bought to replace existing red one as colour did not suit our new front door. The product is very reasonably priced hence I could justify a replacement. Only negative is the lock catch is very short and I imagine it could be easily forced although I've not tried.Not a concern for me though as my main requirement is protection from the rain. Very easy to put up (according to husband) and looks very smart.

It would have been easy to force open the door, so I drilled a hole in each side of it and fitted two lengths of chain secured at the front by a padlock, so now it's secure. Otherwise totally satisfactory, although I had to make a template for the screw holes as the drill wouldn't fit inside.

Delivered 2 days after order it early then said which is great :) Few bents in the top and looks very easy to open as the part where u get the mail out is very wobblys so easy to bend open with a stick. But it good to stop the dog from eating the mail LOL

I liked the shape and wanted white. Paint finish is as expected. The door itself was a little warped but ok once I bent it back.It does the job it was intended for

Where lock is it’s a bit flimsy

Quality wise it may be a little flimsy, but only time will tell. Otherwise quite happy with the product it does what it's supposed to, looks good, easy to put up and looks to be good value for money.

Had to purchase this due to my dog being very keen on ripping my mail to shreds! I am very pleased with it and a bargain price too compared to local homeware shops . It took less than five minutes to install , so a major plus . Ps it's very stunning in white . Very happy customer here .
