I bought the other two models and child loved it! So I bought this one again. It is a bit more expensive, but the material, making and painting are so much better, and of course larger in size. Safety is still well guaranteed! Nephew can't stop having fun with all these. I am so happy to see that. Big thanks for such great toys!

We bought this for our 3 year old for Christmas 2019. After a few days a couple small parts had already fallen off. After 7 months the cab fell apart as well. I am giving this a 4 as he was thrilled to have it, however it is not durable enough for a little child. I would not recommend for small kids but maybe for an older child instead. It was a neat truck. Even as broken as it is, our child is still enjoying playing with it and the trash can.

Construction of the truck was awesome. My three year old nephew likes playing with the truck. The only thing is his little hands would get stuck inside the open top hole and would need the assistance from an adult to help him take his hand out. It may be better for kids slightly older than three, but he loves garbage trucks, so he’ll have to learn not to panic when that happens.

My 4 year old son loves this truck. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles like some of the other choices on the market but it is solid construction and will last for years to come. He has played with it almost every day since he got it and likes to take it on trips since it is comparatively small and easy to handle.

this thing is heavy and mainly made of metal. i think its more of a collectable item than a toy. my son loves it, sturdy and feels durable..yes i would recommend it..

While the main parts are metal, they are held together by small plastic pins. When played with, as children of garbage truck loving age do, the pins snap off. They can only be epoxied back so many times. This truck should have been made with metal connectors. Then it would be able to withstand the occasional bump or foot high drop.That said, it's still my 2 year old's favorite toy truck (Even though it's now cab-less.)

We bought this as a bday gift for our 5-year-old thinking it was larger. We obviously hadn't read the description. We de decided to gift it to him anyways. It turned out to be his favorite gift! He takes that truck everywhere! Because it is sturdy it has remained undamaged from all the roughhousing. The material, size and price I would say it's probably more of a collectibe item.
