Since it doesn’t blend easily, suggest you mix by shaking and if stored, shake well each time before using. I add it to a batch of organic iced green tea and drink it without any sweeteners. The taste is not great but still quite tolerable to me with no side effects; my wife doesn’t like the taste.

I recently tried dried amla, and my experience was average. The packaging was satisfactory, ensuring the product's freshness upon arrival. However, I found the taste to be mediocre compared to my expectations (My grandmaa used to make it for me when I was young). The flavor was not as pronounced as I had hoped, and the texture was a bit too chewy for my liking.As best for vitamin C, worth to consider.
