Well made and works fine.
Used as a drain for an aluminum boat by drilling a hole in the transom. Buy a brass plug and you're in business.

I bought this to replace a fitting in a plastic gas tank. I had to drill a larger hole in the tank and use a wire to pull it from the inside through the hole. I knew i would have to do this from the start. I put the 2nd washer on and tighten it down. I installed a barbed fitting. It sealed well no leaks

Fits 1/4npt just fine friends!
🤷🏻♂️ why others say this won’t fit 1/4 npt - fits just fine as seen in the picture I’ve uploaded. I needed to have vacuum on a container- whether the container we will hold or not is another story into itself. The item I made with 1/4 sae used on r410a systems - that will hold just fine. This item is freaking awesome! 🙏
