Looks and Works great, low emissions and lots of heat.
I am extremely happy with this fireplace. It looks great, and I can keep the house much cooler at night and then use this to warm it up in the morning. I bought an air quality monitor to check on CO and CO2 while it runs. It has never produced a measurable amount of CO (always zero), while a lit match is easily sensed by the monitor. I can run it for an hour before the CO2 gets to 1000, twice the ambient 430 ppm. It puts out a lot of heat, but the case does not get very warm. I'd recommend a ceiling fan in the room to distribute the hot air. Highly recommended, I can't imagine a nicer one for my needs and a good price.

Elegant indoor ventless fireplace, cranks out heat
We purchased this Procom ventless stove fireplace to replace our old propane wall mount unit in our bathroom (about 150 sq feet). Overall we're very happy with this fireplace - it's easy to use, produces a lot of heat, and looks great.A few notable items on the backend of the install- Ensure you or your installer read the manual completely prior to install and comply with all local ordinances and safety regulation- Assembly is very easy, where you simply attach the feet to the unit with the included screws, remove the front grate temporarily by removing the two mounting screws, install the replica logs, and replace the grate- The logs are very light - I was expecting them to be heavy ceramic (like a coffee mug), however they're much lighter. I nearly discarded one with the separate box they came in because I didn't see it wrapped and taped to the inside. All the logs arrived intact- The fuel hookup for the stove is parallel with the floor. This was a slight issue for me, as the unit I was replacing had a hookup that was perpendicular. For propane, the unit uses the standard 3/8" flare fitting- Ensure your installer uses flare fittings and either brass or black pipe (not galvanized) and both thread tape (should be yellow thread tape, not the standard white) and thread sealant to ensure a proper seal/no leaks- When first firing up the unit, the regulator knob on the front of the unit needs to be held down in the "pilot" setting for 30-60 seconds to purge the gas line of air- When using the unit, it's recommended to either have a vent fan running in the room or a dehumidifier, as depending on how long you run it, it will produce some moisture from the combustion of gasThe unit heats the space it's in within minutes and the automatic thermostat does its job and shuts off once the room reaches temperature. The unit seems well-built, and we haven't had to contact support. Should we do so in the future, I'll be sure to update this review.

Gas leak from gas distribution manifold
Overall the product is what I’m looking for but I have a problem with a gas leak from the fuel distribution manifold anytime the pilot is lit. The result is when the thermostat tries to kick the burner back on, there is a fire at the fuel manifold from the leak and I have to shut it down at the control valve. Unfortunately we didn’t discover this until we were beyond the return window as we put the burner in service when the weather was warm and now that we are using it, we have discovered the leak. I would like to retain and repair the stove but I would need somebody to give me a call and help me solve the problem. As a follow up, I contacted Procom online (apparently they don't provide technical support by phone). After several days I received an email containing a photo clip from my owner's manual trouble shooting section and asking me for my order number. I wrote back providing the order number and advising them the leak was coming from the gas regulator as I had said on my online form. I received no response so I initiated another email on the same thread and included a clip from the owner's manual depicting the part I suspected was the problem. Again, I did not receive a response.Since I did not hear from them, I pulled the burner assembly out of the stove so I could better see where the leak was coming from (the stove housing makes viewing the parts next to impossible). Once I had the burner assembly out, I found the leak. It wasn't from the gas regulator but coming from the fuel line that is routed from the gas regulator to the propane side of the pilot light assembly. The line had been routed too close to point where one of the burner assembly mounting screws passed through the stove housing and the screw pierced the fuel line.I've searched the list of parts both on the Procom website and here on Amazon and can't find any parts breakdown below the whole burner assembly itself. At this point I will have to see if Procom can provide the gas line (if they ever respond to my emails) or if I can have the line custom made locally.I can't recommend this stove to anyone. Not that it isn't a nice stove but because I can't seem to get any responsive support for it. I get that things can go wrong during manufacturing. I don't get the complete lack of customer support. A part worth a couple bucks has made this stove unsafe to use and cost Procom at least one customer. I'll update this feedback if things take a turn for the better.

Great Heater
Great heater, this is the second one that we ordered, one for the living room, that heats the front of the house, and the other for the hallway that heats the rear bedrooms. The heat output is outstanding.Very good heater for the price.

Perfection!
I’m so happy that I made this purchase for our cabin - it’s perfect. Actually is a bit too powerful for our small cabin but I put the setting at 1 (out of 5) and it turns off and back on automatically. Will get our cabin to 70 degrees (from 30) in about 10 minutes.Well made and with the flame gives the ambiance I was looking for. Why mess with wood? This is cleaner and heats MUCH faster! Perfection!

Decent
We have had this fireplace for 2 years. Worked perfectly for 6 months. We have had to replace several parts since then and seem to always be trouble shooting. It is okay for the price but would probably just spend a little more on something more reliable.
