If your looking for full nonstick this isn’t the line
So I was looking to replace my cusin*** nonstick induction DS pans which never really worked well on my induction range. I also have a full clad SS cal*** set but certain pans I use nonstick. I was going to buy hex*** set but after researching I decided on these at half the price I’ll explain why. First off I knew what I was getting into knowing fully well that this line of cookware was not fully nonstick and that’s why I purchased them. I downsized my life and although I haven’t given up my cal*** set yet I absolutely can. These pans are great especially if you have an induction range. I went with these over the Hex*** because of price . Nonstick don’t last forever and if I need to replace these in 5-7 years 400 a lot better then 700-1000. Also in looking for reviews for the Hex*** the bad reviews online were buried due to great marketing but I did find them and if someone buys the hex*** to you for a gift they will not honor the warranty. Also there is a design on the bottom of the hex*** pans. I had this problem with cusin*** leaving the design marks on my stovetop being very hard to remove. These pans are fully clad and fantastic, they aren’t too heavy but heavy enough for great heat distribution and control. They sear meats and clean up much easier than my fully clad SS set. Cooking on these are the same as Cooking on a SS set, heat pan , add fat, add food lower heat because of great distribution. Those of which who gave a negative review are not using the pans correctly as I said these are not fully nonstick so if that’s what your looking for try a different line from this brand. I wanted something that would well work as on my induction range but a little easier to clean than my full SS cookware and that’s what I got. If your looking for the type of cookware like hex*** your in the right place if your looking for a complete nonstick set of cookware this isn’t the right choice for you. I got exactly what I was searching for a fully clad SS set ( I can’t stand pots with the big plate on the bottom they just don’t heat anything evenly that was the case with my cuisn*** set) which will sear meats, has great temperature control , works great on my induction range and incidentally every piece of this cookware is sized perfectly for the hobs on my induction range so every piece is useable. I couldn’t ask for more. Plus they are really a nice looking set. Will they last? Only time will tell. They are also dishwasher safe and metal utensil friendly as long as they aren’t sharp. Honestly though I will be hand washing them since they are very easy to clean and using the silicone utensils that I have always used. But the option is there if you choose. All in all great cookware set exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm happy with this set
Several reasons I bought this C-Series set:1) Tri-ply cladding that works with my induction range.2) Inexpensive, especially compared to more heavily advertised sets like Made In and Hexclad, etc.3) Hybrid non-stick design.4) The S-shaped handles on the lids stand out from the usual.I've been satisfied with all on that list so far. These are heavier than single-ply stainless due to the cladding, yet less than half the weight of cast iron. For example, the 8.5" pan weighs 25 oz, compared to 57 oz for my 8.5" cast iron pan.The frying pans work well. The hybrid design incorporating steel ridges interspersed with nonstick rings sears well. It's hard to tell whether it's my imagination, yet seared foods taste better compared with my previous pan.Having used non-stick cookware before, it's easy to see how this design will preserve and protect the coating from getting scratched. The cladding has this set heating very quickly and evenly on my induction range. I can't compare this set to 5-ply functionality, yet can't extrapolate more than a tiny advantage to 5-ply designs (other than as an excuse to charge more). The lids fit perfectly. They include neither vent holes in the glass nor strainers in the metal lips.---If you're wondering, Circulon SteelShield has 2 options: C- and S-SeriesThe entire body of C-Series implements 3-ply cladding (stainless-aluminum-stainless) for quick and uniform heat distribution. The body of the S-Series is quite different - the 3-ply cladding is limited to a thick, impact-bonded base (stainless-aluminum-stainless). Look closely at the S-Series images and you'll see the bonding line of the clad base. C-Series is lighter.C-Series heats faster, while the more massive S-Series retains heat longer. The rings that protect non-stick extend up the side wall of C-series, and not on S-Series.C-Series features polished stainless steel finish. flat rivets. S-Series has brushed/hairline finish.

Not worth your money
I was sooo excited for this set especially because the description said non-stick. Well let me tell you they suck everything sticks even if used on the lowest setting and the big pot started melting from the bottom it kind of looked like sometimes of plastic. Here you can see where the food stuck to the pan and it is not coming out. Not worth it don't buy.

attractive, sturdy but not really "non-stick"
Love these to look at and it's great that the attractive handles really do not require a mitt to handle but they are not as good in the non-stick department as my totally coated cookware. They are very heavy and cook evenly on my new glass top electric range but food does stick to the bottom even when I use oil so the "circulon" concept seems flawed. I have only had them for a short time and so can't say how they will hold up but I forgive them for sticking because they are so very pretty!
