Xerox Genuine C230 / C235 Black High Capacity Toner Cartridge (3,000 Pages) - 006R04391

Excellent cartridge, clear printing from the first to the last page.

It is a good product. It came quickly. But like many printers, the toners are expensive, and this one was no exception.

I bought this Cartridge 4 months ago... I am 100% sure that i didn't print 500 page and now the Cartridge is empty. be careful . Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam

Unclear that C230 black colour only is for a Xerox printer that does colour as well. For the Xerox printer that only takes a black cartridge should have been clear the cartridge needed was B230. Very confusing.

I thought the C235 was a great printer but I wish I'd done more research on toner before buying.This toner is super expensive, and the label on the box states:By opening this package, you accept these contract terms. The supplies inside: (1) are sold at a special price contingent upon your agreement to use the supplies only once and return the supplies only to the original manufacturer for remanufacturing or recycling after using them; and (2) will stop working after reaching end of the rated life established by the original manufacturer (a variable amount of toner may remain when replacement is required); and (3) may automatically update the printer memory to protect the printer from counterfeit and unauthorized products. Supplies without this single-use term are available through the original manufacturer. If you do not accept these terms, return the unopened supplies to the point of purchase.So this toner will stop working when it reaches its designated lifecycle of 3000 pages, even if ink remains! Plus it'll update the printer to prevent it accepting non-genuine ink. Very anti-consumer, wasteful, and pre greed on Xerox's part. Unfortunately I can't find third party inks available so I'm stuck with this, but very disappointed.
