Nice small heater
Good, small heater that has good reach and the ability to warm a 15x15 room (door closed) in 30mins to 70*. In Eco mode, heater will shut down after reaching set temp, but not off. (fan will continue to run on very low speed). Great heater for maintaining temperature in smaller spaces.

Alexa turn on the heat
The second floor of my townhouse doesn’t have super great heating as they are upgrading the system. Got this little guy from my bedroom and the smart functionality is amazing.

Wifi only works after Manual button touch. No schedule capability
I wanted to like this heater, but it has been a frustrating experience using it for the past couple months. We bought it specifically because our kitchen gets very cold, and we wanted it to turn on via a schedule, or be able to use the app to turn it on from the bedroom in the morning before we come into the kitchen. There are two issues preventing this:1) the Wifi setting is not a remote function in actuality! When you open the app to turn on the heater, there is a message saying that in order to begin using the app to control the heater you must Physically press the Wifi button on the heater itself to re-establish connection. Meaning... you must Walk to the heater and Physically touch the Wifi button to gain "Remote" access! In other words, remote access doesn't exist and Wifi capability is a gimmicky/fake feature.2) there is no scheduling functionality to turn the heater on/off at set times.I wrote to the company thinking surely this must be a mistake or I was misunderstanding their app, and asked them to explain how to remove the blockage on the wifi access without touching the physical button, that surely there must be a way to control the heater through the app (otherwise why is there an app). Their response was brief and unhelpful: "Due to safety regulations, the heater needs to be turned on manually through the remote control or the power button on the control panel after the power is turned off."Two other features of the heater that we do not care for:A) on the heater itself, once it is on you have to press a button TWICE for it to respond. Meaning, if the heater is on and you want to turn it off, you have to press the power button twice; once perhaps to "wake it up", and then a second time for it to begin it's count down to turn off. That seems like a safety issue in and of itself, if they are overly concerned about safety.Similarly, if you want to adjust the heat from level 1, 2, or 3, you have to tap the + or - button once to wake it up then press it again the number of times to adjust the level.B) after about a week or two of use the power button label on the top panel of the heater began rubbing off. Other buttons are beginning to fade, but don't get as much use as the power button. I have a label maker and will be replacing the power label.Aside from these issues, the actual function of the heater is good. It heats the space in the kitchen, and we've not yet had a problem with the plug/outlet overheating, as we've had with other heaters. The unit just does not provide the convenience or ease of use that we were hoping for. So depending on how you want to use it it may work fine for you, such as if you are happy to use the remote control.

Big heater with all the options in a small package.
This little heater is very quiet & puts out a lot of heat. You can set the temperature to fit your needs. Heater can be used as a fan & rotate using the remote, or control buttons on top of it. 4 friends of ours bought them after seeing how nice it was & how well it worked. Everyone ❤️them.

Not the best but close
There are several things I like but also dislike. I love that when you have it on eco, it starts at level three and slowly goes down the closer it gets to target temp. I also really love that when it stops heating on eco, it also stops rotating. Big perk and I love that! The app however is pretty useless. No matter how frequently you go into the app, you always have to push the WiFi button and cannot adjust anything unless you do. I understand it’s for safety reasons, however it says you only have to do it once every 24 hours and that’s not true. I also wish you could set a schedule in the app to have it set to different temps at different times of the day. I do like the look of it and it’s a nice small size but does a good job heating. Of course it’s going to make some noise but it’s not too loud and the low setting is actually pretty quiet. I do love that it had an app and a remote, but they need to do some work on the app for sure

Awesome plus a phone app!
This thing is simply awesome! Puts out a large amount of heat for its size! Is really quiet comparedto every other heater I've ever owned.

Great...if you don't touch it
It works great...with the app. I am bedridden and the remote won't work for me. Either I am at the wrong angle or can't push the button hard enough. Either way, poor design. My biggest complaint is that if anyone brushes against it, the wifi turns off...with NO alert sound so if you don't catch the color change on the tiny circle on it, you won't know it went off until you try to use it with Alexa. She can't find it because THE WIFI IS OFF. And for someone who can't walk over and hit the button on the heater (only way to turn it on) and purposely bought it to work with Alexa...disaster.
