I have PCOS with irregular cycles and I'm starting inositol supplementation again in hopes to conceive another baby. I was pleased to find this formulation as it had all of the ingredients I wanted to see and is much more straightforward to take than multiple huge capsules or sachets, which I disliked last time around. The taste is strong but not unpleasant and I dilute with a little water. However, it contains the herb ashwagandha. While it seems that ashwagandha has a long history of traditional use, it isn't proven to be safe in pregnancy and, I've since seen in my research, has been associated with miscarriage. I therefore feel very cautious about using it while trying to conceive and I will switch away from this product once I've finished the bottle. That's a shame as I would have otherwise definitely re-ordered. Considering that Polycynositol is marketed to those trying to conceive, I really think that the manufacturers should take the ashwagandha out of their formula

Even if the taste is not good for me as it’s very sweet having PCOS my period stop for 4 months and drinking it everyday day during one month it got back my period!

I’ve only had it for one day but felt I needed to leave a review immediately! This is an incredible supplement with amazing high quality ingredients and comes with very clear and easy to understand information. I’ve been on the search for the perfect hormonal supplement for so long and I’ve finally found the perfect one that isn’t loaded up with fillers and tastes amazing! I’ll definitely be repurchasing this on a regular basis! I’ll leave another review after I’ve finished it but I definitely believe it’s worth every penny for sure. When you know… you know!

I don't know if this product helped me with my PCOS. I bought the product for five months; I gained weight, and my heavy periods were the same until I stopped taking it in January. That's three months ago. Since then, my period has been "normal," meaning no heavy bleeding, but I still have an irregular cycle, averaging 35 to 47 days.

Tried this out as my hormonal spots were doing my head in! I tried this and OMG!!! Definitely reduced my breakouts will purchase another also doesn’t taste bad at all!! Like grape juice I’m sooooooo happy with my skin now TOTM in a few days and been taking it since my last period didn’t get any BIG AHH spots

This is my first time using this product, but I don’t know if it actually work I have been having hair loss but since I started taking, it’s just like my hair is coming out more literally I don’t know if you work.I want to buy another bottle, but not too sure
